The Polishing Machine GPM4t is constructed for polishing and finishing lacquer surfaces in two different production steps under addition of special polish and paste.

To serve this purpose the panels will be fixed on the work table by the including vacuum system and the polishing and finishing unit is swaying above the items. The polishing agents will be spray on the items automatically by three spray guns.

The polishing machine type GPM4t is working full automatic.

The different abrasion of the polishing rollers and the special foam discs are automatically identified by the integrated Bauerrichter® electromechanical height adjustment measurement system in order to achieve consistent results.

By the automated dosing system the polishing agents will be sprayed in an exactly dosage on the material. That will drop down the costs of operation.


1. Machine Base

Stable steel construction with 1 work space
(1350 x 3200 mm),

Including vacuum system for clamping (vacuum suction plates).

Work table made of special MDF with high
abrasion-proof coating.

Varnish paint coat light-grey (as per RAL 9002).


2. Polishing and Finishing Unit

Programmable unit with 4 rotating and oscillating
rollers on a turnstile, with electromechanical height
adjustment.

Each roller with separate drive gear and integrated
exhaust hood.

Parts to be polished can range from 16 – 100 mm in
thickness.

Pleated polishing rings (14-ply) with 350mm outside
diameter, 80 mm bore, long-wearing Molton textile,
21 rings per roller.

Finishing unit equipped with 4 rotating special foam discs mounted on a turnstile.

Pneumatically controlled pressure and precise adjustment.
