Return device ZHR 02 BOOMERANG-BONSAI Optimat

Allows one-man-operation at single-sided thru feed machines

Currently the return device is standing at an edge banding machine (fence side left) with a length of approx. 7500 mm, so the total length amounts to approx. 9000 - 10.000 mm.


Design:
Table with 2 roller conveyor segments, level lifting unit cross traversing, conveyor belt, not driven roller conveyor.

The work pieces coming out of the machine are taken over by a roller conveyor.
When the rear edge of the work piece has left the machine, it is lifted by several supports and cross fed to the second-hand roller conveyor segment and dropped again. This second roller conveyor segment is opposite to the first roller conveyor segment and lowered by 60 mm.

Then following to the return segment the parts are conveyed by a transport belt and run on to
a 2000 mm long, not driven roller conveyor piece at the operator.
Without turning the work pieces are parallel arranged and returned.
Larger work pieces have to be taken off manually at the end of the basic machine.
