For fully efficient, joint-proof cross splicing of parallel joined veneer strips to endless or single formats. The peeled or knife-cut veneer strips have to be pre-glued with PVAc or urea glues.
Splicing capacity:
approx. 17-20 cycles/min.
1.15 mm thickness – approx. 15 joints/min.
1.50 mm thickness – approx. 12 joints/min.
1.80 mm thickness – approx. 10 joints/min.
