Vacuum coating of profile elements and surfaces regardless of the profile, without waste and overspray. The previous owner used the line for UV-varnish.

Work piece dimensions:
width 35 - 220 mm
height approx. 15 - 47 mm
length 420 - 2000 mm

Priming, varnishing and coating of work components made of wood, e.g., window and door elements, profile boards, moldings, flooring, casings, paneling and interior finishing elements, etc.

Various coating mediums can be employed. All round coating and coating of individual segments are possible all in one pass, without having to interrupt the production process. Brilliant surfaces are the result. Depending on the varnish system, layer thicknesses of 10 – 200 g/m² can be reached.


Basic machine with stainless steel housing, with:
- double-membrane varnish pump
- vacuum for generation of low pressure (2 x 12,5 kW)
- level indicator
- emulsion paint separator

- Application chamber LATU 1:
push-push operation of the work pieces, the last work piece remains in the application chamber

- Varnish heating, 8 kW

- UV-Dryer make Schiele type Vacumat 0/0/0-4/0/4-0/300- EL/L-Tr
equipped with 4 lamps from top 45°, 4 lamps from bottom 45°
