The Ceetec P40 painting machine with integrated expeller brush is a compact machine and is especially suitable for small workman’s companies like painters, carpenters, joiners and timber yards. It processes raw untreated and planed wood as well as profile woods.

The machine’s simple design makes it easy to use.
The machine is fitted on rubber wheels and can therefore be moved easily. It is well suited for workshops and construction sites.
The wood item is fed into the machine upright with the help on a forward drive. The item is led past a set of jets that add an overdosage of wood preservative to the item. With this it is ensured that even wood items with imperfections and rough wood get a sufficient amount of wood preservative.


Operation and Process
The wooden work piece is fed into the machine upright with the help on a forward drive.
By 5 differently arranged spray nozzles the item is sprayed all around - even wood items with imperfections and rough wood get a sufficient amount of wood preservative.

3 expeller brushes ensure an even application without paint runs or overlaps on the work piece surface so that you receive an optimal finish. The rotating brushes are conical so that even clinker brick facings receive an optimal finish. A surplus of wood preservatives is brushed-off, remains in the closed cycle and is led again into the paint container for further use.

The machine is supplied completely with brushes and filter bags and is immediately ready for use after connection to the power supply system.
