Automatic polishing machine for flat parts for high-gloss paints

Operation:
The machine operates in the changing table method.
While the machine-polished on one side, it can be emptied and reloaded on the other side of the table. The number of polishing operations can be adjusted according to the material used and the desired gloss level.
The machine is equipped with 4 rotating and oscillating rollers (each 350 mm long) and 4 polishing wheels.

The photos show the machine in current state. It is completely checked in order, cleaned, repainted and fitted with new polishing rolls and polish slices.
