Complete gluing line for solid wood.

Wood thickness used up to now: 15 – 30 mm

Consisting of:
- Sorting and Gluing Station make Neumann
For lateral automatic gluing of the boards
With feed table 2500 x 1200 mm
Here the single woods are inserted, run through the gluing station and are then conveyed to the gluing press.
- Conveyor Belt 2500 mm

- Gluing Press make Polzer type EVS 1-SA
6 x hydraulic pressure cylinders each 3000 kp
2 x special plates, electrically heated, anodized
Pressing process hydraulically
Here the lateral glued woods are manually fed to the press.
The press opens and closes automatically.
Pressing time depends on type of wood, at a wood thickness of 30 mm it is between 3-8 minutes.
Heating temperature up to approx. 100 degrees
Pressing force, temperature and time are freely selectable.

- Positioning Table
With 2 pneumatic tongs
Here the panel is positioned in the cutting saw and cut according to the programmed measurements.

With Siemens control SIMATIC
