Complete drawer line for frames of chip board coated with PVC-foil, adhesive PVAc glue.
Main components of the line are:
1. Lifting table for placing the pre-cut chip board pieces according to frame width and frame length
2. Conveyor, vacuum system, for placing the chip board pieces to cross conveyor
3. Cross conveyor with transfer into the longitudinal conveyor of the chip board pieces
4. Longitudinal conveyor to the Weinig profiling machine, machine with noise protection cabin
5. Conveyor of the finished chip board strips
6. Remaining strips of the chip board pieces drop onto a cross conveyor and are returned for profiling
The return transport follows the "Mary-go-round“ system.
7. Transfer device of the remaining strips in the longitudinal transport to the Weinig.
8. Following the Weinig is an additional processing station for chamfering or similar.
9. Transfer in the buffer magazine.
10. Transfer in the Düspohl turning station, consisting of: chip boards rising, foil unwinding, foil embossing, foil gluing and foil rising
11. Düspohl Transfer between turning station and roll press, consisting of: foil folding device, pocket formation of the foil and signal generator of the end trim saw
12. Roll press with lateral and upper to chip board thickness and frame height adjustable pressure rollers, surface hard chromed and with tool for the guide and ground grooves
13. Düspohl End Trim Saw, new construction
14. Transfer
