This machine is especially used in larger saw mills, carpentries, manufacturers of prefab houses and industrial companies with large productions. It processes raw wood material and planed wood as well as wooden profiles.

The Ceetec IP Touch/Cleaning is equipped with an electronic control so that the machine can be easily adapted to the work piece to be processed. Settings for recurring product series can –thanks to the integrated product memory- easily be called and specific settings accepted.
Due to the compact design and the infinitely variable feed speed of up to 180 m/min. integration in existing production processes and lines is possible without any problems.

Operation and process:
The wooden work piece is guided horizontally by a feed system thru the machine.
By 16 different arranged spray nozzles the wooden work piece is sprayed all around, even work pieces with irregular absorbing capacity and rough surface receive sufficient wood preservative.
8 expeller brushes ensure an even application without paint runs or overlaps on the work piece surface so that you receive an optimal finish. A surplus of wood preservatives is brushed-off, remains in the closed cycle and is led again into the paint container for further use.
