Automatic Polishing Machine for flat work pieces for high-gloss lacquers.
Working process:
The machine works with a shuttle table system (2 tables each approx. 8500 mm), the total working range is approx. 1,45 x 16,00 m.
While the machine is polishing at one side, the table at the other side can be emptied and re-equipped.
The number of the polishing processes can be adjusted according to the used lacquer and the requested degree of gloss.
The machine is equipped with 4 rotating and oscillating rollers (each 350 mm long) as well as 4 polishing discs.
The photos show the machine in the actual state. Upon receipt of your order it will be completely checked and equipped with new polishing rollers and polishing discs.
