Surface Polishing Machine make Bauerrichter type ESM-R2
with two working levels


1. Design

The surface polishing machine consists of a stabile welded construction made of steel plate and sectional steel.

The robust supporting areas of the working fields are made of phenolic resin glued film plates and are resistant against chemical fluids as polishing and cleaning materials.

Two 7° inclined oscillating polishing rollers are integrated in the polishing unit.

During the processing the work pieces are hold on the working table against shifting.

The polishing material is applied by stainless steel pressure tanks with high-pressure dosing pistols spraying the polishing agent onto the roller.
