The machine was developed for the industrial application of paints and wood preservatives to profiled strips, structural timber, glulam and unprofiled strips.
Industrial design, suitable for integration into automatic production lines
Workpiece dimensions max. 250 x 100 mm (WxH),
equipped with:
- Flood zone on up to four sides for even paint application, individually switchable
- 12 distributor brushes on 8 axes (top/bottom, right/left, right/left, top/bottom),
Brush speed frequency-controlled
- Feed via 4 feed rollers, frequency-controlled
- pneumatic diaphragm pump
The application material is in a closed circuit. Excess material flows back into the container through a filter and is reused.
