Parquet line with longitudinal and cross profiling

consisting of:
- Feeding portal
- Sanding machine make Tagliabue type TAG 11 (built 1996)
- Longitudinal profiling machine make Schroeder type DUO 6 F (built 2003)
- Cross profiling machine make Schroeder type PAKUE 5 F (built 2003)
- Various conveyor belts and star turning devices


Longitudinal Profiling Schroeder Duo 6 F:

machine with 6 units:
SP1 L, 4 kW (motor with belt drive, 7.125 rpm), saw top (tool holder with flanges)
SP1 R, 4 kW (motor with belt drive, 7.125 rpm), saw top (tool holder with flanges)
SP2 L, 5,5 kW (motor with belt drive, 7.125 rpm), saw bottom = good edge (tool holder with flanges)
SP2 R, 5,5 kW (motor with belt drive, 7.125 rpm), saw bottom = good edge (tool holder with flanges)
SP3 L, 4 kW (motor with belt drive, 5.700 rpm), cutter (groove), hydro holder 40 mm
SP3 R, 4 kW (motor with belt drive), 5.700 rpm, cutter (spring), hydro holder 40 mm
all tools with 220 mm diameter

possible dimensions:
wood width: min. 60/65 mm up to max. 250 mm
(machine in milling area equipped with additional support rails, therefore min. from 70 mm, depending on profile

wood length: min. 250 mm up to max. 1.200 mm
(the infeed guide was subsequently extended in 2011 in a very simple design, therefore up to 2.500 mm possible)

Wood thickness: min. 6 up to max. 25 mm (also 5 - 30 mm possible)

Since then there have been no further significant rebuilding or modernisation made (unlike the belonging Cross Machine PAKUE 5 F), these specifications are still bald as far as we know.

The entire chain of the longitudinal profiling was renewed almost 4 years ago (costs approx. 52.000 Euro)


Cross Profiling Schroeder PAKUE 5F:
The cross profiling was retrofitted on a maintenance-free rolling chain and to a possible processing width of 2500 mm.
The cross profiling has 5 units.

Possible extension:
The longitudinal machine can be re-equipped on position 4 each 1 unit right and left, optionally cutter or swivel spindle (no lower saw!).
Pos. 1 & 2 are a double unit (saw bottom and top), position 3 is a (fixed) milling spindle.
Results in max. 4+4 spindles.
On the cross machine, the lower saw unit can be re-equipped on the grooving side.
Results in max. 3+3 spindles.


The turning wheel between longitudinal and cross profiling for fish-bone pattern is also included.
