This special milling machine is designed for the quick and efficient production of closed halving joints from round, segment and more-centred arch sashes and straight sashes

equipped with:
2 x profile cutters
1 x grooving unit


It is possible to produce even diagonal cross joints of 35° - 90° with a special fence.

The cross joint milling machine KSF-R works with two profile cutters and one grooving unit. The milling operation is carried out from bottom to top in similar or counter run.

A special fence system with a raster dividing plate enables a precise and efficient production of joints of the different curves with straight, star-shaped arranged joints.
