Hardwood with the following data was processed on the plant:
Wood thickness: 26 mm - 50 mm

Input lengths at the crosscut saw: 1000 mm to 5000 mm or more
Input lengths on the multi-blade saw: 350 mm to 1000 mm
Strip width: 4 - 50 mm or more

Starting material beech lumber 26 mm, length 4000 mm.

Mode of operation:
The operator places the board on a roller conveyor, which transports it to the crosscut saw.
The crosscut saw is equipped with a sweeping broom for firewood and offcuts.
Lists for main lengths and cuts can be stored in the control system.
After the crosscut saw has cut the board to the stored length, it runs under a mangle roller to a roller conveyor.
Under the mangle roller, the first cuts (firewood) fall out.
In the roller conveyor there is an ejector for shortening lengths.
The cut lengths are transported to the side via a waste conveyor.

The main length then runs to the multi-sheet saw, where it is centered, clocked into the machine, and cut into strips. The strips can be between 8 mm and 25 mm wide. By changing the saw shaft clamping, a width of 4 mm to 45 mm or more can also be cut, depending on the equipment of the saw shaft.
The saw works in synchronization.
After the board leaves the machine, it goes into a collecting tray, which transfers it to a roller conveyor.
