This finishing line is designed for parquet or solid wood panels

max. workpiece width approx 240 mm
max. workpiece length approx. 3000 mm

consisting of:
- cross feed for parquet boards
with 3 feed belts that guide the material across the feed roller conveyor
- infeed roller conveyor for feeding the following machine

- Profile Sanding Machine make Stemas
equipped with:
1 sanding belt unit - vertically from top
1 brush sanding unit - sanding vertically from the right
1 brush sanding unit - sanding horizontally from top
1 brush sanding unit - sanding vertically from the left
1 brush cleaning / sanding unit - working horizontally from top

- tansfer conveyor to the next machine

- Spraying machine for profile strips make Mauri
equipped with:
1 spray gun (2nd spray gun possible at on request at additional costs)
1 lacquer pump

- ventilated dryer make Mauri

- transfer conveyor to the next machine

- Spraying machine for profile strips make Mauri

- cross transfer to the cross drying of the workpieces
