Profile milling and the covering with the surface material are done in one machine pass

Machine is in a fully functional condition and can still be demonstrated

Machine design:
one-sided

equipped with:

1 working motor - working horizontally to shorten the base plate
1 milling motor for profile milling
1 milling motor for the glue gap under the surface material
1 space reserve for an additional profile milling motor
1 adhesive Nordson
1 adhesive indication to the underside of the surface material and to the edge of the carrier plate
1 wrapping station
1 milling unit for flush milling of the protruding surface material
