Machine for gluing (with PUR hot-melt adhesive) and pressing two (or more) layers on top of each other. Suitable for the production of e.g. multi-layer parquet.

Complete with infeed magazine for the base material (bottom layer).

Working width 300 mm
Thickness of the material to be glued (veneer strips / top layer) approx. 2 - 12 mm (depending on the material).
Workpiece length 1200 - max. approx. 3000 mm

Functional principle:
The top layer is automatically fed to the machine by veneer sheet / or top layer infeed.
The bottom layer (on which the top layer is to be glued) is automatically fed to the machine by magazine feed and conveyed along the PUR gluing zone, where the top layer is then precisely glued and pressed onto the bottom layer.


Currently WITHOUT PUR glue heating - but can be retrofitted again at extra cost.
