The VP series is designed for professionals and has a stabile basic frame designed for continuous operation. Below the press is the vacuum unit with an efficient dry rotor pump incl. mechanical pressure control and 100 l tank. The pressure difference circuit controls the vacuum pump and turns them on only on demand which minimizes the current energy costs.

All operating and control elements are well protected below the working surface.

The pressure of max. 8.500 kg/m² is achieved by the standard dry rotor vacuum pump. By lowering the boiling point the gluing time is shortened at physically hardening glues (for example white glue).
The 100 l tank ensures rapid evacuation times and the necessary pressure even before the glue already stars curing.
This is particularly important at shape gluing or glue with a short open time.

Available are presses of the VP series with three frame sizes as well as with the Schwab natural rubber membrane and also with a silicone membrane for thermoplastic shapes.
