Machine to polish oil, stain and other materials. The standard machine consists out of a solid frame with a special anti-slide conveyor. As standard 2 pad units and 1 brushing unit are mounted on the machine. The brush is placed behind the second pad to remove possible pigment stripes.

The big advantage of pads compared to standard brushes is that the oil or stain is polished deeper into the wood grains. Pads also make it possible to change colour very fast.

The pads and brushes can be supplied in various materials. The polishing machine can also be produced in a different combination of brushes and pads.

The conveyor speed is adjustable and belt is equipped with adjustable slide guides. Fast changes to width and thickness as well as the fast colour changing and heavy construction are the key for the success of this machine.
