Semi-automatic edge banding machine for shaped work pieces, with 45 degrees tilting working table.

Basic equipment:
Newly developed working surface ensuring an easy panel sliding and an extreme flexibility for edge processing.

- lateral and upper edge guiding adjustable
- adjustable edge guiding on the glue roller
- foil disc for rolls with Ø 500 mm
- PLC touch screen. 3,5″ – colour display, all functions as for example programme change, temperature change, programme change working speed, etc. are easy controllable
- machine designed for edge banding at straight work pieces, for concave-convex rounding with 20 mm minimum concave radius
- cutter for 2 mm thick edges with an electric millimeter counter (Encoder) has 3 working possibilities (manually for parts with different sizes, automatic or automatic with self-learning system for large parts)
- glue container capacity 2 kg, Teflon coated (suitable for PU-glue and EVA hot melt glue)
- standby function for automatic reduction of glue temperature when the machine is not used for some time (stop of glue application roller and reduction of energy consumption)
- glue container heating capacity 2,4 kW, with quick change system for easy maintenance of the machine
