Basic machine

The basic machine is cooled and thus prevents a drying of the lacquer during the process.
The lacquer tank is integrated and also cooled and isolated. The fill level is electronically collected and re-filled automatically.

- automatic filter (the dirt is permanently removed and in freely programmable time units automatically pressed in a special container)
- vacuum pump 1 x 1,3 kW, frequency controlled

Cooling

The complete housing is designed in sandwich-construction and disposes of 4 cooling circuits.
The supply temperature of the cooling water is approx. 3-5°C so that the dew point is achieved depending on the air humidity. The condensation of the housing prevents the drying of the lacquer in the basic machine.

Edge Coating Unit
The edge coating units is connected with the basic machine via short flexible hoses.
It is cooled and Teflon-coated. The unit disposes of an integrated line injection system, which ensures a homogenous application even at high speeds.

Air conditioning
In order to ensure a condensation of the line independently of the existing air humidity, the outside air is sucked in and adjusted to 70-90 % air humidity by an air washer. This air is provided to the lacquer heads, so that the basic machine is dewed at the cooled surfaces.
