- High-Frequency Press make Obel Pedersen

lateral pressure 30 tons


The press has a continuous belt with a length of 6500 before the press. At the infeed belt of the press is a fix fence (right) attached with cylinders.
Attached at the left side is a fence with rolls that can be removed when longer work pieces are manually fed on the belt.
Furthermore, the press disposes of an automatic hydraulic width compensation system compensating up to 5 mm.


- 2 x High-Frequency generators make Obel Pedersen type T 30 L
air-cooled with a max. output of each approx. 30 kW, complete with HF-Intensifier and fully automatic power control

2 x High-Frequency adapters (Trombones) mounted on the press

2 x Remote Control Desks, mounted on the press, for automatic power control

- Vacuum Stacker make Obel Pedersen with 2 x vacuum suction boxes equipped with flaps to enable that different packages 400 – 3000 mm long can be stacked

- Chain Track make Obel Pedersen, driven, 3000 x 1300 mm, synchronized with the chain track of the support table
