Machine in left-hand design:
The machine is loaded on the left (infeed) and conveys the strips to the right (outfeed). Cross-feeding belts enable cross-feeding.

"Speed" equipment variant & special equipment:
- Slide motor with increased power for particularly heavy wood materials and large workpiece cross-sections or large packages up to max. 100 kg.
Traversing speed of the positioning slide infinitely variable, up to max. approx. 240 m/min,
motor 5.1 kW
- slide positioning accuracy +/- 0.1 mm,
magnetic scale with reading head and cable drag built into slider unit
- reinforced sawing motor 7,5 kW
- working height / workpiece support 1000 mm

With cross feeding:
9-strand cross chain conveyor for automatic feeding of the OptiCut.
Maintenance-free plastic chains.
Chain length 1500 mm
Wood lengths min./max. 500-7200mm
Wood width min. 23 mm
Wood thickness min. 12 mm

3 pawl row for cross chain loading
The workpieces loaded individually or in a package are separated on the cross chain feeder by rows of pawls and then moved individually to the saw for processing. Rows of pawls are required for the cross-feeding of bundles.

Sorting basic package / sorting station
Equipment package for connecting the sorting station
Equipment package for targeted positioning of parts on the sorting belt
The sorting belt is driven by a servo motor. Necessary for:
- Sorting of packages that have to be specifically positioned in front of an ejector and then pushed off.

Outfeed conveyor / sorting station
with energy-efficient drive motor (energy efficiency class IE2), without ejector,
belt width 250 mm
belt length 10.0m

Installation dimensions approx. 23 x 4.5 m
