Plywood Press Line with Gluing Machine and Stacking Station Weber

Stacking Station Weber double-sided
At the right and left side the veneer can be stacked and sorted on 12 pallets.
While the vacuum stacker transports the right side to the gluing machine, on the left side
a worker can fill new pallets with veneer.

Gluing machine
working width 1800 mm, divided in 2 sides of each 900 mm, middle dividing wall can be
lowered and can disappear below the table
speed is controlled by sensors
gluing machine with glue return
with glue mixing machine and 2 glue container of each 12000 ltr., approx. 5 metre height
glue and hardener are mixed automatically, drying power must be added manually

5 floors each 3500 x 2300 mm
heated by hot water
pressure max. 20 tons, 17 bar
4 pistons with sum and thickness control, the press measures automatically the difference of the veneer in the 5 floors and adjusts the pressure automatically to receive an equal final panel thickness
max. difference of panel thickness is +/- 0,5 mm
with 5 floor infeed station and 5 floor outfeed station
with hydraulic unit
with all connections for hot water supply
computer for input of length, width, thickness and calculation of pressing time
average pressing time for a 20 mm thick panel is 20 minutes
The press is built approx. 2 metres down into the basement, all stands are screwed on a concrete foundation, easy to dismantle.

The complete line is in a good condition.
