Equipped with 3 sanding units for the longitudinal sanding of single veneer sheets and reel material, veneer thickness 0,4 - 5,0 mm.

Free manual feeding at veneer sheets; the min. size of veneer sheets is 300 mm in thru feed direction and 200 mm width.

1 column with integrated control cabinets

Transport bed with continuous smooth transport carpet, incl. transport belt cleaning device, feed speed range 6-30 m/min. frequency controlled, working height constant 880 mm, and the upper machine part is motor-driven height adjustable up to max. 80 mm for cleaning and service works.

Integrated in the transport table are exchangeable strips, each positioned underneath the sanding units, ensuring the very precise, exact and parallel sanding abrasion of the single units.

Veneer pressure and guidance:
Prior to the first unit the veneer is taken by a springy pressure roll and then guided by a metal sheet into the first sanding unit.
The veneer is safely guided between the following units by means of special down-holding sheets.
