Machine designed for ABS, PVC, melamine and veneer reel material as well as fix lengths of 0,4-3,0 mm thickness and of 6-60 mm edge height.

Gluing by PUR or EVA glue.

- thru feed transport chain bottom, work piece and double roller top pressure top
- hot air blower, controlled, for pre-heating of the work piece edges before gluing
- automatic edge feeding for roll material over turntable D = 800 mm
- pre-milling unit: 2 reverse, jumping pre-milling units each 1,5 kW (tool height = 30 mm) provide a neat and tear-free pre-milling of the work pieces before gluing of the edge material
- glue application directly onto work pieces, designed for PUR EVA glue Teflon-coated glue container with a capacity of 3 kg, leak-proof (excess glue is automatically re-fed to the glue container),
exact glue application by means of glue roll -
- electronic temperature control with automatic stand-by function (prevents that the glue burns if the machine is not user for a longer time)
- pneumatically operated cut-off knife for reel material up to 3 mm edge thickness
- pressure zone, consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and 2 smaller pressure roller with spring tension
