While one work piece is running thru the machine, the pressure elements enable by means of electric lifting magnets an infinitely variable control of the pressure force of each pressure shoe.
This innovative CSD-technology guarantees at any time a proportional equal pressure regarding the contact surface of the pressure shoe on the work piece. Due to this infinitely dynamical control of the pressure force the risk of “loop through” is almost impossible.
Furthermore, the electro-magnetic CSD-system is maintenance-free, as there is no pollution compared with pneumatic elements.
